Celebrating year 9! This year's theme is paying tribute to Tou Ger Xiong, Founder of Hmong MN Day at the MN State Fair.
Each puchased hat will donate towards the support of performers, artists, volunteers and the importance of Hmong MN Day. Furthermore, a percentage of the proceeds will go towards the Tou Ger Xiong Endowment Funds to honor and support Tou Ger Xiong's legacy of building community and advancing social justice.
